Shipping methods & delivery times
We dispatch most orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard (2–5 business days) — $ 7.95, free on orders over $ 60.
- Express (1–2 business days) — $ 14.95.
- Click & Collect — free from any BookAide store, ready in 2 hours.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time. You can also view the status any time from your account dashboard.
Returns policy
We want you to love your books. If something isn’t right, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, resellable condition (unread, with no damage to the cover or spine).
Items that cannot be returned include personalised or made-to-order titles, and digital products.
How to start a return
- Go to your account and open the relevant order.
- Select the item(s) you’d like to return and choose a reason.
- Print the prepaid label we email you and drop the parcel at any post office.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, let us know within 7 days and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to send it back in some cases. Email hello@bookaide.com with a photo and we’ll take care of it.
